Trainers Knowing Moves

What moves would make sense for trainer classes to know if they ran out of Pokemon and had to actually fight themselves

For Mediums I think Destiny Bond and Astral Barrage would be cool

It seems pretty clear that there are humans with supernatural powers in Pokemon tho?

Would a Psychic really not be able to perform a few Psychic moves? Even if they aren't supernatural I imagine a Burglar would be able to perform Thief or something
