Are there *fairly* hi res versions of full-background pokemon art from the 90s out there? Thank you if you post any in the thread. Looking for art with the cosmic/holographic vibes.

not sure what you mean by "full background" but beyond high res and cleaned up scans of the art straight from the cards it doesnt really exist as far as im aware, i have tried to look
there is a selection of TCG illustrations displayed in a few japanese exclusive art books and there are a few 90s era works in there

If you have a specific card in mind its pretty easy to get a hi res card art. Crop the art out and find an image upscaler online.
