In my opinion:
Kanto: A solid A, mostly because she's an exotic beauty in non-Japan and her design doesn't seem too out of place with her Picnicker-like clothing.
Unova: B, she would be under Skyla and Elesa
Galar: Almost touching C, Nessa and Bea are the dark-skinned queens of the franchise, and she would rank below the voluptuous Melony and Klara, not to mention Marnie.
Only in her home she's an S, mainly as another Anon here said, due to not having competition.
