I mean, we know SV started development around 2018-2019 and temtem released late 2019. The fact they based an entire region on Spain is just a vulgar display of power, they don't even need that to be bigger in that local market but they do it anyway just because they can. Its a disney frozen kind of stuff, you googled spain pokemon and you got temtem results, now people google pokemon spain and you get sv.

Also, they haven't shown us how you encounter a Pokemon, I would like to think it's like legends where it'll happen where you start the battle but knowing the PLA "Alongside" bullshit, I'm ready to see another transition screen

That's the kind of stuff that hypes people for the new game, like Megas or UBs. They can hide some of them, but not the concept itself.

Images makes it feel like the battles will always be in the middle of the road, but we don't have a direct confirmation, so hopefully we'll see what happens.

I can't really take a Leakers statement on this because they'll probably just confuse it as asking whether the system in general is like PLA when I'm simply asking how the battle starts

Indeed, Pokemon also crushes everyone of my favorite franchises you know? 80b does that.
Right now the game on steam is just outside of the top 100 games played & being charged at AAA Price despite being indie, The game dint flop even if you don't like it.
I am not interested in it, But i do like seeing success on indie games because they may put out a game later that i would be interested in.
Something Pokemon probably won't do ever again.
