You might have some kind of anxiety disorder that triggered at the thought of playing with random strangers. The sheer number of options you have for a pokemon team can be overwhelming too but that doesn't usually cause straight-up anxiety.

That's just decision anxiety. A pretty normal thing to have.
From a blind perspective, pretty much all options seem equally valid, and thus you don't know how to parse them.
I'd recommend just copypasting a sample team to start with.
