The stat up animation is still playing in every screen where an increase is listed, likewise, the stat down one is playing for everyone where a decrease is listed. Given these can't be any more than a few frames apart going by the look of the effect in each screen, these are probably flashing by super fast.
>inb4 it's playing the animation each time for each boostIt hasn't been like this with moves/abilities that boost multiple stats at a time (Bulk Up, Quiver Dance, Shell Smash, etc.) for a long while so there's no reason to revert, and in SwSh the text only played AFTER the animation was finished anyways, so it's clearly different no matter what. It'd be smoother if all boosts/debuffs were in one textbox obviously, but if this approach doesn't slow the game down much, I don't see why it's so bad
