It's just like that shit thread we had a few weeks ago where someone did the same exact same thing with Penny; the OP posted fanart where she actually had sizeable breasts and thighs instead of being a shitty beanpole, and coomers ate it up and tried to shill like it was the same thing as what's in the games or deflect that "all porn" is like that.
