so I have pokemon arceus and it it my first pokemon game
the thing is... is the game hard?
I mean memorizing all the weaknesess of the pokemon and all those moves
kinda complicated
or its just easy but japan likes to make 300 attacks that do same thing?

Arceus isn’t a great first entry because no other game in the series plays like it does. That said, it isn’t terribly difficult in terms of battles. If you don’t know weaknesses and resistances going in then you’ll just learn over the course of the game.

Nah it’s an easy series overall, it’s a kids game after all. People who want a challenge in a mainline game will usually implement their own.

It’s between easy and very easy. The franchise as a whole is a great way to relax. It’s kind of like a farming town simulator, but instead of repetitively building you’re training. There are some moments in a few games that will be a little challenging if you’re not prepared, but nothing you can’t beat in 15-20 minutes. The 100% collecting, on the other hand, can take a while.
