I had the one about the nidorans and the exeggutor i remember the author mini bio being really fucking cringe like it was written by a fujo but it was 1999,,, oldfag btw.

I also remember having choose your own adventure book adaptations of the Oracle Zelda games that were actually completely accurate to the dungeon puzzles for the like two dungeons that the book didn't just skip over

I got one around like 2008ish that was a 2 in 1 book where one side had a story with deoxys on the cover and I think the other side was a book with like a grovyle or something on the cover. I remember more about my triangle multicolored hi lighter I got than the book so that should show how good it was

I'm a zoomer but one time we actually had a few volumes of Pokemon Adventures being sold at one at my school, and that's how I found out about it. I still have pokemon adventures vol. 3 lying around, the only one I actually own

I had the red and the blue ones. I think one was about the Pikachu Forest and the other was about Ash vs Surge. They were some good reads for when I couldn't actively watch the show.

I recall the hot air balloon race for the Dratini being pretty good. Got a chuckle out of the opening battle with Ash being surprised at the Persian using special attacks.
