Hoenn is supposed to be a swimmable distance from Kalos, Galar is swimmable to Kalos too, but that actually works since people have swam from France to England before.
Sinnoh has a train line to Kalos, since Rowan takes that journey.
Sinnoh is directly above Johto, close enough that cultures overlapped for Sinjoh.
The closest region to Fiore is Sinnoh, but Fiore is based on a place between Kansai and Kyushu.
Almia is based on the bottom of Hokkaido, but trying to attach it to Sinnoh is a bit awkward with the other evidence.
Oblivia, Alola and Sevii are fine as islands chains.
And then you've got to fit Unova and Orre in somewhere.
