For real, these two have made me so incredibly happy. The Zero series might be dead (seeing as megaman in general is dead) but now it can live vicariously through these guys. Both are 10/10 designs in my book.

The "Mega Man Fan" is likely Hitoshi Ariga.
1. Hitoshi Ariga is 50 years old and has been working on Megaman stuff for 28 years.
2. Sugimori himself picked Ariga up from the Pokemon TCG and put him on the design team for the actual games.

I want these and one other thing. It's confirmed that Legends exists in the same timeline as Classic, X, Z, and ZX. What the flying fuck happened between ZX and Legends? Did all the Battle Network babies finally go to bed? Thank god. Been playing ZX Advent for the first time and it's pretty dece. Worse than the Zero games and ZX for sure, but it does some fun stuff.

Honestly I have to disagree. Even if Wily hadn't created the Maverick Virus and Zero, Cain still would've created reploids based on X without putting them through the ludicrous amount of tests Light ran on him during stasis. This is why there were already Maverick hunters long before Zero woke up. Shit could've snowballed hard even without Wily making the virus, we can't know. The one thing here though is that Light and Wily both opened pandora's box by creating X and Zero in the first place. Robots being granted that kind of sentience is a recipe for disaster, especially when you've constructed them to be killing machines.
