3 stage pseudo Bug/Dragon based on Phymata, give it wonder skin or a new ability; Ambush, increases power of moves if you attack first

Bug/Ground Trapinch line alt form
arena trap/sand spit, new 2nd and final evolutions that keep it grounded and give it large jaws. Half submerged in a sand pit.

This is my answer too. Play around with the size; have the prevo be this gigantic fat maggot that turns into a tiny ass fly and the fly is the smallest pokemon yet

and maybe its also one of if not the fastest mon but all its other stats are just absolute jokes and all you catch in the wild is annoying buzzing weak flies and you have to breed to get the maggot, so the larvae pokemon is actually the better one but you can use the fly in niche support situations if you really love it cause of its off the wall speed

Pure Bug
Dung beetle that roles a ball that can change type of it signature move, the attack will always have a stab effect.
First Signature move it will launch the ball it made to deal damage, type will depend of the last move you used even the last move your teammate used can change it.
Second it eats it and gains a res to whatever type the ball was. Now you can res fire as Bug type it will last as long as you stay on the field.
Stats would focus mostly on being speedy and some bulk, suffers in Sp.Atk the most to keep Atk from being to mediocre.

The evolution is a levitating Bug/Psychic flea, Cefleabral/Thalaptera/???, he body is much pinker from eating dreams, with the torso resembling a human brain in shape and the typically long flea hind legs dangling down at the back, resembling a brain stem. The base form, as they are unable to levitate yet, take rides on the fully evolved mon, giving the illusion of a floating brain with eyes.

Another one is slightly based on a dung beetle. It's pokedex entry describes it as the "Backpack Spider Pokemon" It's a small fuzzy spider that carries around a pebble that's the same size as itself, and attacks by bringing the hammer down on enemies.
It evolves into a trap-door spider, the rock seeming to have grown too big, and the new pokemon hiding beneath it.
Both are Bug/Rock

Scorpion mon that evolves if attack or special attack is higher
One has bigger pincers and smaller stinger, so it's a bulky physical attacker
The other has a big stinger but small pincers, and it has better speed and special attack

Thank you. And I don't have any plans for it. I don't have the necessary skills to create a romhack or game featuring my monster designs.
I mostly just an 'OK' artist, that uses the project to draw fakemon. And that's kind of satisfying enough for me, for the time being.
