We can’t even get a straight answer on the regional bird, which is allegedly based on some kind of “waterfowl” and then everyone started parroting “seagull.” Nevermind that fucking Cramorant was described as a “seagull” by leakers last gen, too, so it could be just about anything with webbed feet. Quaxly’s evo is being called a “peacock,” while in reality it probably just has large, flowy feathers like a displaying swan or something. The avian Titan has been variously called a Secretarybird, a crane, a stork, a heron, and everything in between. I’m still not 100% convinced the blurry Fighting/Flying flamingo and the Titan aren’t one in the same. I’ve given up getting any meaningful info about birdmons out of Khu or Kaka, which is a shame because it sounds like there are quite a few this time. I’m genuinely surprised we’re 2 months from launch and haven’t seen any form of the regional bird, that’s a first for sure.
