Bisharp's role is to put high pressure on the enemy team, punishing Defog/Intimidate/Aegislash via Defiant to keep hazards up, threatening sweepers with top tier Sucker Punch damage, mindgames with Sucker Punch/SD, and spreading damage and disruption via Knock Off with forced switches. It's a more complex offensive, pressure based role.
Ceruledge on the other hand, is very likely going to be a strong, speedy Ghost/Fire sweeper, leveraging its strong type to check, and may or may not end up using its self heal for sustain if its setup well enough for it.
Theyre almost surely going to be different.
