Dunno if it’s a samefag or multiple retards, but Titans are just the Totems/Nobles of this game. They’re not a new “type” of Pokémon such as Legendaries or UBs.
We see multiple, normal sized Klawf. Klawf is just your run of the mill Pokémon, with one specific Klawf being the Stony Cliff Titan.
Titans, capital T, aren’t some new concept. Cetitan is not a Titan, it is a normal two stager who uses the same word in its name. This will not happen because Titans will be replaced next game (likely with the same concept with a different name).
