Almost. The shiny has a slightly duller shade of blue for the body. It's such a tiny difference you wouldn't even notice it without the side-by-side comparison.

Right one looks like left one plus a brownish filter, just as the anon said, duller colors.

The different shades feel more like different image quality, sources or screen displaying them than a proper palette change.
