Unfortunately they can't do anything with jynx.
Even if they gave her a completely new form or design it would all go back to the "Blackface" And get them into trouble.
So Jynx is probably destined for the bin till we get over this shit.

I don't mind the blackface, but its not something they're obligated to stick with for an evo. I mean Smoochum has a completely different color scheme for her face. And Mime Jr. is pinkfaced too.They could easily just have Jynx's evo have a white or blue face to show that she's more in tune with her element like a yeti, ice princess or mountain witch from some eurasian mythos.

To be fair, SwSh made Jynx one of the few pokemon that wasn't left behind, which means GF/TPC hasn't outright abandoned her yet, regardless of americuck and europoor whining. They could still do something with her assuming they're not just lazy.
