Knock Off is fine. Allowing Pokemon that haven't been able to learn it for generations isn't. Just implement a Battle Ready like rule and only allow the current gen movesets.

This is not a "nerf balanced moves" thread. They're fine.

You think they're broken? Take a look at Sacred Fire, Thousand Arrows, Glacial Lance, Bolt Strike, Psystrike, Shell Smash, Geomancy, Spore and all the other actually OP moves that are heavily restricted.
