Women look better than men, don't bald, have an easier time making social connections, society and culture cater to them a lot more than men (not just in terms of 'women are powerful', but also because men tend to be viewed as largely expendable or useless, especially if you're white).
Also in a lot of the spaces young men are hanging out in nowadays (social media like Discord, college, scifi/horror/fantasy communities, porn sites) you're seeing a very high prevalence of lesbians which frustrates the perpetually horny 20 somethings and is 99% what drives AGP fags.
So its natural that low self esteem guys can get naturally pushed into thinking the solution to fixing everything is cutting off their evil penis and embracing feminine virtues, all they have to do is to uphold the newspeak and spread the cult's dogma.
