They want a subhuman society, even more subhuman and genetically poor than them, because that's easy control which doesn't need a watchover, lies or effort anymore (in fact, as time goes on they start being more honest with their evil intents and literally announcing to the public that they'll have less and less).
They want to decrease the population IQ, make them always weaker and needier, nonwhites are already exactly all that and that's what they need the population to be, and they also need a lot of population control cause while they need their golems, they don't want to feed them or give them anything of worth.
Obviously, since they're subhumans they will fail and eventually kill themselves, it's themselves saying that "earth will be unliveable" and they'll have to live on mars. It's them creating huge underground bunkers to hide in. They're purely evil, hence all they can spread and receive is evil, they rape their own children, cut their foreskins and suck the blood out of it. Does that make sense?
