I didn't find another shiny until X when me and my friend were horde hunting one night. Think it was a Mime Jr. or something. But everyone knows it doesn't count if it was a Gen 6+ game and/or you hunted for it.
Only legit shiny other than that was a Machoke in Victory Road in Diamond. The rest were in Gen 6+ games. Really wish I would've caught that Hoothoot as a kid. Shiny Noctowl is so iconic. One day I'll get my redemption.
