in KANTOOOOOOO FRLG? idk, just try to stay in some route where you can switch back and forth without much effort and put a level 38 pokemon in front (preferably your catcher) and spam repels

Never caught a roamer in Gen 3 but that one route with the super tall grass seems cool

Again, never caught a roamer here, but the snowy route with the banger theme (216 iirc)

Super tall grass is fucking annoying. Just surf in the sea, you aren't missing anything if you spam repels and have a level 38 or so pokemon since lati@s are 40

Does comfy=optimal?
Because if so in Hoenn the best place to catch the roamers is on route 110. You check the grass for like 10 seconds with a repel and a Pokemon around Lv 35 and if the roamer doesn't show enter the bike building then repeat.
