People like to meme about One Piece running forever, but I'm pretty sure Pokemon has more episodes, it just doesn't count because they're not all the same "series."
I've personally watched every episode of all of Pokemon,
mostly while they aired, up until close to the end of USUM, when I started to lose interest. The only series I didn't really like was the BW series, since that's when they tried going "serious" and having a serious plot, and having Team Rocket be competent and somehow plan for everything and always win, even when they lose.
NGL I actually really liked the loose feel to the USUM series, it was a nice breath of fresh air, and whatever they call the Go-based series kinda does the same thing, except for the shit gen 8 episodes, where they hamfist the writing pretty hard because the Shitmax mechanic only works in Shitlar.
TL;DR: no, the Pokemon anime's quality varies too much and there's too many episodes to justify watching them all.
