If you set a precedent that using external tools to cheat stuff into your save is fine then that's it, it's fine, I don't see a reason to have arbitrary limits.
So if I use a cheat tool to skip doing something in my game, to me that'd instantly invalidate whatever I'm doing legit because at that point, why not use the cheat tool for everything which is infinitely easier?
Call it autism I don't care, some people just are not comfortable using that shit and it ruins their playthroughs if they did.
