For the most part I think they're good. I feel that Ursaluna, Dialga, and Palkia are all downgrades in terms of design. Some of the new moves seem ridiculously busted though...

Unova had immense quality. Gigalith, Beheeyem, Eelektross, Ferrothorn, Bisharp, Volcarona, Krookodile, Reunicluse, etc. Unovan pokemon were great.
