If you think someone else is capable of taking an IP and doing it not only similar but also better... you know nothing about vg and media in general
Usually when someone who is not the original team or doesn't even work with any of them, the game is literal shit and too different, it doesn't feel like the franchise at all and probably feels worse
think about any IP of PS1 or PS2 and how they turned into shit the moment if left its original creators
Also, Nintendo is not the Pokémon owner, and bankruptcy of any of the 3 companies that forms the Pokemon Company would mean (probably) that pokemon would never do anything new again or maybe wouldn't even care about the game part, because plushies, believe it or not, are more profitable
