Even if it had base 100, it wouldn’t change the fact thats its garbage memory items are a dead weight of an item slot. At least with Arceus, the plates boosted its stab further which made said stab moves a lot more lethal whereas the memories do fuck all. A better way to buff Sylvally would be yo give it the ability to set its type without requiring it to hold a worthless item, at least then it can have a niche that distinguishes it from Arceus where its more flexible thanks to the free item slot for all of its types.

This. RKS needs to be retooled. Make the Memory Case a key item that lets you choose a form without wasting the item slot. On top of that, greatly boost Silvally's movepool, and make Multi Attack use whichever attacking stat is higher.

They made it in line with the ultra beast and tapu bst. It just didn’t have a broken ability to go with it paired with evened out stats.

It's been a while since I played SM, and don't remember the point of this thing within the game's lore. It was a lab created pokemon, right? Why wouldn't they make it strong? They should have given this thing Mewtwo's base stats just for the fuck of it.

They were creating it to fight Ultra Beasts iirc. The primary focus was making it able to switch types, which means it could be used against any kind of UB. I guess in trying to make it universal, the scientists chose not to specialise in anything, and that's how it ended up in its current state. Jack of all trades, master of none.
