Both this and the hatterene line have a completely unnecessary stage before reaching the final form, although here it's morgrem whereas in hat line is hattena. They wanted a new ralts but hattena is a nothingburger that just wastes space, kibd of like milcery, and I say this as one of the few people that doesn't hate milcery.
