Game Freak doesn't like giving normal-type any combos. Fighting-type combos are definitely one of the more uncommon type combos. Fairy is technically still a fairly new type. Game Freak try to avoid making bug-types good or too distant from their general existence as normal everyday bugs. The rest are either complementary types or types that don't really make for interesting monsters unless you REALLY force that "creativity". A lot of the type combos would still not exist if Game Freak made generations in a vacuum; the only reason Pokémon like Marshadow and Hisuian Zoroark exist is to give people an opportunity to use those type combinations.

normal is just a weird type to dual type with. 90% of normal dual type mons could have simply had the normal typing removed and it'd make just as much sense.

Normal/Poison, Fighting/Electric, Fighting/Fairy, Poison/Steel, Bug/Dark, Fire/Fairy, Fire/Grass, Fighting/Ground. Ignore the rest

Kinda lame that most of the electric combos are rotom forms. Fuck it if we need electric fighting just make rockem sockem rotoms and call it a day

Fire/Electric (and Ghost/Electric if you include the base form) is the only Rotom type that is exclusive to that. Lanturn has Water, Arctozolt has Ice, H-Electrode has Grass, and there's been several Flying types like Zapdos and Emolga
