Everything is terrible about it, esp the eyes and fingers. I used to keep a pet snail for 10 years, and that thing has nothing in common with snails in either looks or character, whereas Gastrodon has an authentic absentmindedness to its expression. Gastrodon is precious.

I think the image is clickbait and he meant some Pokemon from gen VIII or IX instead of Gastrodon but Gastrodon was originally planned for gen III. And poketubers didm't really exist before gen IV. I remember that Maryland guy from 2007 who did a playthrough of Pokemon Diamon but otherwise there were not really such a thing as Poketube at that time.

Case and point: The manmade Legendary made by his Jeff Bezos stand in is just ugly and retarded. But the Ultra Beasts he did look atleast interesting
