Gen 9 is the perfect time to have another dex with 100+ new base form mons (i.e., no gimmicks). I'm tired of new gens with 60 new mons and padding it with gimmick forms of old shit

I don't think there is the need of too many new pokemon, 60 new mons per gen is perfectly fine with me as long as they put thinking into designs.

But I do agree that they should drop regional and alternate forms. The new gimmick is good in the way that it doesn't give mons new designs, just a crystal crown.
