This dude is just chilling on a fairly forgettable route in between 2 Team Aqua/Magma events, but he’s basically a mini boss, hes got 5 Pokémon, 4 of which are solid compared to the NFE shit most trainers use, they’re of a variety of types so it’s not as easy to sweep, at least 2 have TM moves (Magneton has thunderbolt and Shiftry has Gigadrain, idk about the rest), and he even uses a hyper potion.
