Almost all Arbok constriction art (at least on Pixiv/Jap twitter) is a result of one dude commissioning artists en masse. Initially he exclusively asked them to draw pictures of a Kantai collection character named Tokitsukaze but he eventually started commissioning art of other characters getting constricted. It eventually became somewhat of a meme; artists started drawing it without being commisioned and it even got it's own pixiv tag.
