Saving and switching teams would have been a godsend.
The graphics didn't bother me, but it would have been nice for pokemon to have uses outside of battles. Nobles can transport you, but they are not *your* pokemon. It would have been so fucking cool to need fire pokemon in the ice biome to not freeze, or at least some puzzles which were not glorified memorization.
