Yes, it was really great to see some lesser used/loved mons actually get a form that made them more viable to use

But it boiled very quickly down to the meta being shaped to ONLY using the best megas + as many primals as you can get away with

A super saiyan that only 46 Pokemon are allowed to use, making every other Pokemon at best side characters and at worst, complete garabge that may as well not even exist.
