They could show it with a cutscene that shows the creation of the universe or otherwise should design a full game around this very thing which won't happen.
Also, Giratina is the first third legend to get a new form and to this day the coolest, MegaRayquaza isn't but a gimmick of casualty that can be excluded in the lore without implications, and the Primals are just Megas but without the use of a Key stone (which is actually, the same shit as Rayquaza which just slightly different motives).
I only agree that nuDialga And nuPalkia make no sense and are horrendous, they should've simply done actual origin forms that have nothing to do with Arceus. Besides, the story of Legends Arceus is basically all concerning the humans that first found Arceus, how and what happened, why trainers and pokeballs exist and human society is as is. Nothing else really
