To me this disqualified Libero, and I doubt it would be Protean.
So of the currently existing abilities I would consider "overpowered" or "broken
would be
>Wonderguard (could be balanced considering that Grass/Dark has a fuck ton of weaknesses)
>Bad Dream's w/ Spore (inb4 b-but that Darkrai's signature ability! Surely a starter can't have a legendaries HA?
No. Its possible Remember Drought and Drizzle were originally the signature abilities of Something & Nothing. So yeah its possible

>Contrary (with the right movepool)
>Download? (Unlikely)
>Disguise?
>Filter?
>Fur Coat?
>Grassy Surge
>Prism Armor?
>Regenerator?
