Anyone have any ideas on how you’d redistribute Mega Amphys stat spread to make it not dog-water?. It’s movepool would need to be changed as well since it’s best dragon move is dragon pulse.

Remove Mold Breaker, give it Adaptibility, Fur Coat or anything a tad useful.
It would do more than occasionnaly ignore Lightning Rod.

Every stat is good besides speed and Electric/Dragon is a good defensive type. Just give it more dragon moves really.

This, its stats and movepool are decent. Its ability is the only thing that's lacking. It seems abilities are the main thing that made of break megas since 100+ stats really isn't that much unless they're minimaxed, especially since you can't hold an item. But if you want it to compete with CHARIZARD and the other shillmons, you coudl shave ome of that usless attack and speed into other stats, give it a recovery move (either slack-off of Parabolic Charge) and Tail Glow for set up.

That alone should be fine. He wouldn't be god-tier or anything but it'd give him a solid niche as a super bulky Sp. Attacker and could really fuck shit up in TR if you wanted
