alolan marowak can have lightning rod.

alolan marowak is fire/ghost.

it is not a special tank.

all it does is guarantee marowak gets mogged by literally any electric attack because lightning rod bypasses accuracy to always attract the electric move.

not as horrible as truant or defeatist but this screams of overlooked

Leaf Guard either needs a massive overhaul or a straight-up removal. Latter's probably better because it would force Game Freak to give Meganium an actual ability.
