For me the supposed tentacool rfake will be the decisive factor, to see if gamefreak is trying to use this to mask complete artistic bankruptcy, or if they still have it in them and they just chose wiglett as the worst possible way to introduce people to the concept, in usual gamefreak fashion of being utterly incompetent. Probably a mix of both, if there's more than 2 rfakes chances are half of them will be atrocious.
