Look, I understand that this is supposed to be based off the real-life inspirations (despite the title of the cladogram), but Dewgong isn't even a dugong for fuck's sake. It's explicitly stated to be the "Sea Lion Pokemon." If nothing else, put it with the rest of the pinnipeds.
