He's not the fastest mon, but still outspeeds most things you'll find in game, can take hits and the crit bullshit helps you take down higher level stuff or catch alphas without concern.
Samurott is a good mon, water/dark is a good type but i don't like samurott, so i never pick osha, but you do you.
Idk about typhlosion, probably good offensively, but surprisingly you have a lot of fire picks, so up to you.
I say pick the owl, cause liligant looks like shit.
