too many pointless roadblocks
easiest difficulty in the series outside of gen 6
80% of the game is reused shit
PWT has no streak system so its difficulty is non-existent compared to the BF

Boring in what way? You get a lot of fun pokemon early like Mareep, Riolu, Magby, and Magnemite. You can get Eevee at Castelia. The Battle Subway has evolution stones as rewards now. You can do that funfest missions for shards you can spend for move tutor moves. White Threehollow/Black Tower for grinding, PWT, N rematches, they're pretty meaty games I'd say.

new exp curve mechanics also makes it extremely easy to overlevel multiple pokemon

I don't think BW2 is the best, it just has a lot of nice available activities and Pokemon. BW2 isn't perfect, anon is right that the PWT suffers from just being three matches in a row though I don't think that invalidates the place completely, it's a very good rematch system I wished the games kept, though BDSP puts a lot of characters as bosses in the Battle Tower which is a good compromise too.
