>>51581247The only way I see Goh feeling directly responsible for Ash's loss is if Leon uses Eternatus, and it takes out one or more of Ash's team. I don't think it makes sense for Leon to do this though so I'm hoping he doesn't. If that does happen, I'm sure Ash would tell Goh something like, "it's fine, it's fine! The battle was super awesome and I can't wait to battle Leon again!"
But yeah, the "Power of Friendship" has kinda already been used once, against Raihan, and while I do think it was really touching how Goh was included in Ash/Lucario's thoughts to power up the giant aura sphere, I hope the anime doesn't go the route where Goh tells Ash something like, "if only I had been there to cheer you on, maybe you would've won..."
I wonder if they'll try to do the "Power of Friendship" over great distances, lol.
