Most designs are great. I'm currently playing this game for the 2nd time because there's some I really wanted to use.
Also I don't mind the copy paste mechanics, makes things simple for a humongous pokefag like me

Not really. The game is still good. Plus you only get a team of 6, and with 7 usable types, you can still get a taste of almost everything on a single playthrough
