What the fuck, i never realised. Crobat is not a pokemon that breaks the game in two either, they definitely should lower Noibat's evolution level to somewhere in the 30's.
Fuck, why do they not retcon certain pokemon's evo levels at all?

Would’ve been slightly passable if they let it evolve at 40 or 41. That’d be more like altaria in terms of a slightly late dragon evolution. It’s also the level when Hau got his noivern, so even the devs didn’t want a level 41 noibat weighing him down.

Lowering the evolution levels for fossil Pokémon would be nice.
