Yep but its still just supply and demand. Supply for gen 4 cartridges is low. 'HGSS are good' vox populi. Maybe DP are low quality but hey are still being demanded more than newer games and their quantity in the market is low. Also collection value.

DP is not that expensive. They're the cheapest of the DS games. You can get them complete for like $40-$55 even on ebay, not that much more expensive then their og price.

Yep and I'm part of the crew. However most people aren't or want to play on real hardware for dopamine reasons.

Because even though it takes maybe 3-4 hours to hack a 3DS and have all the games at your disposal many people are also lazy. If pilliging and plundering where as accessible as it used to be I don't think wed see such high prices.

Or..you know..if game freak made complete remakes since HH\SS
