As for what they look like, it's anyone's guess. Presumably the Past forms are more feral and primitive while the Future forms are sleeker and more mechanical. We also don't know if they have different names or if they're just Paradox [Pokemon name]. Donphan is the only Pokemon to get both a Past and Future Paradox form, assuming the leak is accurate.
