Majority of Pokemon can no longer use Toxic and knock off... check any gen 8 Pokemon movepool and see how almost none can learn Toxic, but Smogon RETARDS still let every gen 7 and older Pokemon run Toxic and Knock off.
ALMOST EVERY POKEMON CANNOT RUN TOXIC AND KNOCK OFF ON VGC. And yet Smogon keep sticking to these sets...
All because their God Landorus runs Toxic/Knock off, Kartana shouldn't be able to touch fire and flying types and yet it can knock Heavy Duty Boots for free and kill shit it shouldn't be able to touch like Victiny, Clef can't run Toxic, Chansey can't run Toxic, Weavile can't run Knock off... all both in Gen8 and BDSP.
