I don't even know how to explain it. In any other game I'd find the concept of hunting for even ten minutes to get a palette swap ridiculous but I'm willing to spend hours upon hours hunting shiny pokemon and feel like it's well worth it when I've got them. There's just something that makes it feel different than just "pixels of a different color".

I just checked some of my files and you're right it has 3 more digits because they switched formats (microseconds instead of milliseconds, meanwhile I mistakenly expected seconds). Either way OP's pic is inconsistent with 4chan's format, past or present.
